The Uniswap Foundation, the non-profit supporting the decentralized exchange platform, disclosed its 2024 financials with $5.79 million in operational expenditures dwarfing its $1.11 million revenue stream. Payroll constituted the largest expense at $3.13 million, followed by $1.68 million for professional services including legal and audit fees.

Revenue sources remained limited to donations and investment income. The financial disclosure highlights the challenges of sustaining non-profit operations in decentralized finance despite Uniswap’s dominant market position.
